The RUH Foundation provides grants to hospital staff for basic
research and on-going education .



The 2007-2008 Royal University Hospital Foundation Research Fund Award Guidelines are now available for download. The Foundation Research Fund supports clinically-relevant research projects that have a benefit to patients who are, for the most part treated, at Royal University Hospital.

A total of $125,000 is available.

The deadline for applications is January 31, 2008.

 

The HUG Fund was introduced in 2006 and provides the “softer” side of care focusing on patient care and staff comfort. The HUG Fund will improve the quality of care for patients during a hospital stay. The HUG Fund is supported through generous donations to the Royal University Hospital Foundation by individual and corporate donors and funds through The Areva Wish Fund, The Jarret Stoll Endowment and other designated funds.
