RUH Foundation Annual Granting Program
The Royal University Hospital Foundation provides grants for equipment, research, and ongoing education. Since 1983 over $55 million has been raised from donors and invested into priority health-care initiatives at Royal University Hospital.
Foundation Professional Development Fund
This fund supports professional development for employees of the Saskatoon Health Region by funding participation in seminars, conferences and workshops which advance job knowledge, skills and qualifications. Applications for funding are made on-line. To access the on-line application form, please sign on to the Saskatoon Health Region's Infonet. On the right side menu, scroll down and click Learning and Leadership. Click Programs & Services. Choose Foundation PD Fund. Royal University Hospital Foundation (HUG) Patient Care and Staff Grants
RUH Foundation introduced the (HUG) Patient Care and Staff Comfort fund in 2006 to provide the "softer" side of care focusing on patient-care and staff comfort. The HUG Fund will improve the quality of care for patients during a hospital stay. The HUG Fund is supported through generous donations to the Royal University Hospital Foundation by individual and corporate donors including the Areva Wish Fund, the Jarret Stoll Endowment and other designated funds.
Applications are accepted throughout the year and are reviewed three times per year in early November, February, and June.

RUH Foundation Scholarships
RUH Foundation provides several scholarships for staff training, education and professional development. Please see the Scholarship Criteria Checklist for details. Applications for all scholarships must be submitted by April 26, 2010. Applications should be dropped off at the RUH Foundation office at Room 6606, C Wing, Royal University Hospital.

Royal University Hospital Foundation Research Grant
The RUH Foundation Research Fund supports clinically-relevant research projects that will ultimately benefit patients who are, for the most part, treated at Royal University Hospital. Applications are accepted annually in January.
